The latest coming-out story in entertainment now comes from celebrated music executive Clive Davis. The 80-year-old is famed for his work with acts like Whitney Houston, Alicia Keys, Kelly Clarkson, and so many more.
In his memoir “The Soundtrack of My Life,” Davis admits that after separating with his wife in 1985, he held a 14-year relationship with a man. This was the first of two long-term same-sex relationships for Davis, who is currently in 7-year courtship with a man.
“After my second marriage failed, I met a man who was also grounded in music,” he wrote. ” Having only had loving relationships and sexual intimacy with women, I opened myself up to the possibility that I could have that with a male, and found that I could.”
