On February 15th, 2012 BiUK a British based umbrella organization for various bisexuality research projects and events - in collaboration with the Open University, presented "The Bisexuality Report: Bisexual inclusion in LGBT equality and diversity". This report is a very welcome and important addition to the cannon of Bisexual Theory & general Queer Theory as well as contributing to the fields of Queer Studies, LGBT Studies, Feminist Studies and Gender Studies. Additionally it serves as another important step along the road to ultimate understanding of the total spectrum of the human condition.

The US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has added tools to their website to assist LGBTQ+ families as well as small businesses find affordable health care plans that include coverage for Same-sex partners.

Researchers at Northwestern University have found bisexual physiological arousal patterns in men, effectively disproving that men are either "straight, gay or lying." This result is particularly significant because a similar study in 2005 by the same lab did not find unique arousal patterns in bisexual men.
