Lady Gaga talked about liking both boys and girls since she made it to the international stage five years ago. So why doe she still have to prove it? It seems that this whole idea of bisexuality is just confusing to everyone else who isn’t.
Lady Gaga told Barbara Walters that “Poker Face” was all about her love for ladies, and that was in 2009. She talked about it to many press people and she always labeled herself as bisexual. So why does anyone think that it’s a publicity stunt?
It’s not true that bisexuals must have more than one gender to be satisfied, nor is the identity a license for promiscuity. Bisexuality is a self-identification. That’s part of the problem. If there was a way to prove it—say people’s hair turning purple—perhaps there would be a lot more people identified as such than who identify themselves as such.
And there’d be a lot more people with purple hair.
